Nebraska took a major step in the direction to wining the Big 12 North and Roy Helu Jr. took many steps all over the field against Missouri, setting a new Nebraska rushing record!
The entire day was a Roy Helu Jr highlight reel.
The defense looked like they were tired of hearing about how the MO offense was going to run all over them. And decided to set the record straight.
Even though the replay guys didn't ask me and didn't get it right, you can clearly see the football coming out from Gabbert's hand before his knee hit the ground. Is this the next NU player to be expelled for a game for hitting someone?
A little half time entertainment to help pass the time is always appreciated!
Sure is easier to run when the defense is getting yanked around by the face mask.
One Nebraska crunch sandwich to go please!
I'm thinking Gabbert had a few more bruises after this game then normal!
You got to give this kid a tip of the hat, what he did was remarkable given the history of NU. Also, love his attitude about it all.
Here's the hit that took Martinez out of the game.
Love this shot of Helu!
Leaving MO behind in his dust!
It was a good day to be children of the corn~!
As the sun sets on the NU/MO series, I am glad to have this win to savior for a long time.
What a great day to be outside taking photos of NU football. Give a shout out and let me know which one is your favorite.
cheers,
Dean
Do you have the photo of the Kiss guys with the shirts that said kiss the big twelve goodbye? Missouri-Nebraska
